1/23/19 - WPSL announces SQ as the official uniform partner for the league
SQ has been selected by the WPSL (Women's Premier Soccer League) as the official uniform partner through the 2019 and 2020 seasons. With over 120 clubs competing in the competition, it is the largest women's soccer league in the world. SQ Group CEO Kristian Gonzalez stated, "We are extremely honored to be a part of the women's soccer movement and could not be more pleased at the opportunity to join the WPSL in the effort to continue promoting women's soccer in America and around the world."
1/20/19 - SQ Kendall Academy Cup is a success!
In a weekend filled with top quality games, SQ and Kendall Soccer Coalition completed the first annual SQ Kendall Academy Cup, with SQ Apparel as the title sponsor of the tournament. Kendall SC Director Renato Soriano was quoted saying, "This is the first of many more successful tournaments we plan to run in collaboration with our partner SQ. We want to thank all of the players, parents, coaches, and clubs who made this possible."
1/16/19 - SQ Exhibits at the United Soccer Coaches Convention
It has been 5 years since the first time SQUADRA exhibited at the then titled NSCAA Convention, in Philadelphia 2014. This year, SQ executed a STAND OUT display, attracting clubs from all over the US to explore how they can benefit from the unique product concepts SQ offers. 12/20/2018 - Luchi Gonzalez is named FC Dallas Head Coach
The SQ family is proud to announce that Luchi Gonzalez, brother of SQGroup's CEO Kristian Gonzalez, has been named the head coach of FC Dallas starting the 2019 season. Luchi, who started his youth academy coaching career with the very first SQUADRA club, Kendall Soccer Coalition, will be the second youngest coach in the MLS and the 7th head coach in FC Dallas history.
